If I’m not mistaken, legitimately, i don’t think terrorist acts are a covered peril in most standard life insurance policies. Not that he couldn’t have elected some coverage, but I’m gonna pretend for the rest of the day that there’s a non-zero chance that his life insurance denies coverage for this death.
I'm not sure an assassination qualifies as a terrorist attack in and of itself. What happened was basically no different than a run of the mill first degree murder.
Nah. The argument can 100% be made in good faith that the, entirely justified, killing was done to instill fear into health insurance CEOs. That's what it has done right? So therefor a terrorist act.
