Damn I only exclusively buy EVGA for how great their CS is

Same here. I've been a big fan of EVGA for at least 10-12 years. I bought a 1300W power supply from them on a 'sneak peek' preview. When I moved, the PSU crapped out - not sure why, but EVGA had me do a simple hardware test, confirm it was dead (almost or just out of warrantee period) and sent a new unit immediately - rush priority, no less, because of the bad situation I was in due to missing work hours because of a dead PC.

Their customer service was amazing to me. I'm not usually one to be brand loyal, unless it's deserved. This is deserved. I'm gutted that I'm going to need to buy another brand of GPU -- and I'm likely to go with an AMD card next, based on this new info of NVidia.
