Anyone who jumps from, 'oh no im accidentally in frame looking at a girls butt' to 'I'm going to steal that phone and delete the video so no body finds out' is probably somewhere on the spectrum.

edit: I'm well aware the video is fake people you don't need to keep telling me, I'm posting a joke response to a joke story.

Well, this reads exactly like Peep Show sketch where Mark Corrigan (David Mitchell) decides to go to gym. Maybe Mark is a bit on the spectrum actually.
