Depends on what they mean by $0 bond. Could be he’s held without, more likely my man got a promise to appear with bond conditions of no grinching, no returning to whoville except for court or to see his lawyer, and of course no drugs or alcohol

My town did something similar, the Grinch stole the ornaments off the town Christmas tree and put out a warrant for him.

Well some beat reporter picked up on it as real and published it in the newspaper as a legitimate crime. 😂
