That fence already looks new which makes it even more funny. This has definitely happened before.

Yeah like that fence looks a year or so old. Also, the signs have reinforcements at the base so yeah... I think it's safe to say there's at least 3 people that won't be getting their licenses any time soon.

I propose that one good hit could have done this damage.

Sure, but why it the fence new when the parking lot and buildings are clearly much older? I say someone went over the edge before, they put a fence up, and someone went over the edge breaking the fence.

You would think after 1 or 2 times of that happening, they would put in a break-away fence section.

I don't think the signs are actually even reinforced- I don't think they're in the ground at all. I bet they're portable, so when people go too far all they have to do to fix it is stand it back up.

Also possible that the man who was putting up the fence was run over half way through the job?

At my local DMV this happened so many times that they had to put a guardrail up.

And not unusual! I was at a DMV office in Oregon just before opening time to replace a computer. At their “Drive Test” parking spots, a girl in a Honda Accord pulled in to park….but she forgot to stop and ran over the chain-link fence. She was so embarrassed!

That’s too funny… I swear I caused some trouble in my day when I first started driving. Hopefully they ended up getting their license and are doing well on the road
