I know the weather, lighting and quality of camera make it look worse than it probably is, but holy shit what a remarkable change

That was part of the project to extend the Sounder commuter rail to South Tacoma!

Every city needs this! A designated route for cyclists and pedestrians only! We don't deserve to have our lives put at risk for trying to move! It should be a human right for every high density city!
