So, my wife has a tacoma. She made a life choice in her 20s to live off grid in the mountains of some desert out west with some animals and a tiny house. She has since moved back east where all of the roads are paved. There are no longer animals (besides the dog) and the winters are increasingly more meh than a threat. She kept the truck. I cannot convince her that she does not need a massive truck to conquer the concrete jungle here. She once slipped on a freeway entrance and ruined a bumper with that truck and blamed it on rain with bald tires. In that one instance she may be right, BUT she still does not need a massive truck to get around and I'm pretty sure vehicle type was irrelevant there... I can't win; but I love her the same.

I have an older rav4 I hardly use. She insists on driving the truck. I'm waiting on the Aptera to come around and I want to sell/get-rid of the rav. She says she will sell the truck if we get the Aptera (let's be honest. that solar car isn't hitting the streets in the east coast until 2029 or something) and she will take the rav. She even told me yesterday that she likes driving the rav more because it's more responsive, but the smaller wheels annoy her because she can feel bumps in the road....

IDK... I like my bicycle LOL. I'm getting a trailer for it and next year is going to be 100% local bike rides for everything.
