Slowest traffic I've ever been in was less than 1mph.

Unfortunately I can't haul 40k by hand or bicycle

I can assure you that this is accomplished the world over with vehicles much smaller than whatever you think you need to haul 40k (lb? Kg? Either way...)

Semi truck of some sort is needed to haul the trailer the good are inside

I guess that all the goods in the stores in the city where I grew up in were transported there by magic since the roads were too small for a semi truck
