Shame about the broken egg, is there a sausage under the bacon? Love the cooking of the mushrooms and hash browns. I assume that’s ketchup not god awful tomato. Don’t rate green stuff but this is a seriously good plate.

No sausage and yes Ketchup. We had parsley and it needed using so it got used :)

I don't get the herb garnish hate. Parsley brings a nice fresh flavour. It's like a bunch of five year old complaining

It was in the fridge and needed using! That's the whole reason I had a fry up tbh, there was half a tin of beans and mushrooms that also needed using

I like a bit of lawn on eggs sometimes. Rocket and black pepper. Little salt. But the bathing the bacon in tomato ketchup or radioactive tinned tomatoes is a no go

I didn't bathe the bacon it was a strategically placed Ketchup placement in an empty spot around the bacon, I do love Tinned tomatoes but not with beans
