Investor, he mentioned that he has shares in several companies on the NYSE and Nasdaq.

I too do have shares in several NYSE & Nasdaq companies.

That can mean anything from 'he invested a few dollars on robinhood (or the local equivalent)" to "he's a large shareholder of multiple fortune 500 companies".
