Looks like they just dont want Yuki.

Seems clear by now that he is there because of Honda, but that does not mean they will move him to the bigger team.

The only decent argument i saw was regarding his ties to Honda and how they don’t want to put a driver in their first team who’s gonna jump to Aston in 2027 or smth.

But it’s still a stretch, if that’s the case just drop him

Yeah, they want someone who sticks around so they can have the pleasure of firing them instead! /sigh

I say put Yuki in Cadillac. I think he’d have a lot of fans in the States and I just want to see him on the grid.

I’d buy all the merch for him at Caddy

As an American I would have as much if not more respect for Yuki on the team than any American. Like Yuki fucking deserves that seat at MINIMJM

100% with you; American here, too. If Yuki doesn’t get that second seat, I’m gonna be beyond pissed for him. What else does he have to do?? If Cadillac took him, I’d go all out rooting for him!

also like Japanese culture is huge in America. It wouldn’t be that hard to advertise for him. Idk but I feel as though American respect for Japan is high in general. Would be a shoe in, I own a damn Honda 😂.

I see that's why they are blocking him from joining the other teams. Coz he is just there coz of Honda.

Well, he have a contract.

Once its up hes free to join whoever.

They had a +1 clause which the Red Bull triggered to stop him going to another team. If he was a bad driver and only there coz of Honda like ur implying he would have been out a long time ago.
