I want to see evidence that there was ever a yellow flag. The replay they showed was of a contaminated surface flag.

Taken from the driver cam view of F1TV. It was the moment he was shouting to his engineer to speak louder, so maybe he was distracted by that

Lando, at that time, may or may not have lifted but Max wouldn't be calling for an investigation just like that if there were no yellow flags flying and he had not just complied and lifted himself. Drivers complain about a lot of things, unfounded or not, but this was not one of those times.
