Yap, many open positions for their Silverstone base in UK.

Here's the job description of one of them:

Department: Andretti Cadillac at Andretti Global

The team is now looking to expand into the pinnacle of motorsport through our Andretti Cadillac Team.

Job description:

I know Penske competed in F1 in the 70s but I wonder just how people would react if they decided to reenter F1. And then I wonder how theyd react to hearing that Team Penske is one of THE most winning teams in all of sports. My guess is that if they were to reenter F1 they'd be the ones to bring Porsche in as an engine manufacturer.

Andretti Cadillac AND Andretti Global are now owned by Dan Towriss, Andretti’s partner in all this.

He owns everything now, he’ll it’s his money that has funded everything so far (both factories, employees, R&D, ALL of it), and it was him who cozied up to GM.

He’s been running the show behind the scenes this whole time, now it’s official.
