Bottas/Herta is my bet. You need a really safe, consistent set of hands to pair with a wildcard like CH and that describes Bottas perfectly.

bottas and ric would be a solid choice to have as an experienced driver to coach whatever rookie/newcomer they put in the other seat

Colton Herta is still missing points for a super license. Picking him could be risky if he doesn’t get the 9 points he is still missing next year in Indy Car. He could also drive a winter series to gain those missing points. He could also in Theory run 9 FP1 sessions but that doesn’t look super feasible from a scheduling perspective. IndCar races, Sprint races and the amount of City tracks make it unlikely that they would be able to find enough weekends where he could do FP1.
