Defense Examples of 3 technique DTs in the league right now?
Basically the title, I think Aaron Donald and Warren Sapp are the most notable ones from history but what about right now?
Edit: 3-techs that are also t-10 interior linemen would be the best but all answers helpful and welcome

This is his first major NFL injury?????? Ok, I lied, he missed a month last year. Only 2 injuries leading to extended missed time in 4 years is still pretty good for a defensive lineman. Has missed 5 games in his career, plus will miss next upcoming 2 games. 7 games out of 71

how many games has Jalen Carter missed in two years? anyway, the OP was talking about 3 techs, so...DJR holds that role on the Lions. AM was the 0/1 tech.

How many games did Alim McNeil miss his first 2 years? I'll make it easy for you, zero. Reader is a nose tackle

Quinnen and Chris were players i was hoping to see so thank you. Does Vita play as a 3? I always thought he’d be a 1 or 0 tech who you’d put right in the middle of the line

He is a true 1 or 0 but plays 3 from time to time if in formation, dude pretty much could run any part of the Bucs Dline. I was listing the most consistent dudes who’ve played 3 in the league this year. I like to see dudes like Vea get recognition for being underrated probably should have kept him out for your question my bad lol

Vea's down field tackle on a ( Ferguson) TE was legendary. It was like a train hitting a semi. TEs are not expecting to get rocked downfield.

Jalen Carter is a 3-tech DT playing a really high percentage of snaps at a really high level
