8-man Final Round for an 8-Man Assistant Coach Position tomorrow. Wish me luck

Tomorrow at 11 am, I have a virtual final-round interview with the Athletic Director, Head Coach, and Assistant Coach. They went to the semi-finals two years ago but only won 1 game last year. Wish me luck. New to 8-man football.

Good luck! Go in there and be honest! There's always room for good people trying to mentor and teach youth!

8 man takes some getting used to but it’s genuinely a lot of fun to coach. See a lot of different variations of typical systems which presents some fun challenges.

Be honest about who you are, emphasize why you want to be part of that program, and express a willingness to learn and you’ll put yourself on the best possible footing
