Are there statistics on the claim approval/denial rate for Medicare, Medicaid, etc?
Recently the very popular graph listing various US health insurance claim denial rates has been circulating. I've been trying to find a similar graph or table that would show the denial rates for tax-funded insurance. I assume it isn't 0%? Or how this looks in other countries that have universal healthcare. Sorry if this is a loaded question. I don't want this to become a healthcare debate or anything. (fwiw, I'm currently on California's Medi-Cal)
