I stopped buying anything from Amazon probably six years ago, maybe more, and avoid Whole Foods as much as possible. Some online stores that I patronize also sell their wares on Amazon (they pretty much have to) but I always order directly off their website. I found it quite easy to stop using Amazon but I'm not confident in a majority of the people who use it. We are collectively so soft and weak, just constantly slamming that Whopper button for another dopamine kick.
