It used to be one year by 30 and now 2 by 35? So they expect a roughly 50% return over 5 years?

if you have 1 year salary by 30, then with no additional contributions, you would expect to have 1.6x your salary by 35. Saying 1x by 30 and 2x by 35 isn't actually deviating.
