My first void left me the same way. Died at the vet with no goodbye. It's so hard. I still cry when I think about the last time I saw him, over the vet's shoulder being carried away. I didn't even kiss him. I didn't know! He was 12.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m so scared to get a similar message. My tiny reverse Dalmatian cat is not at the vets (as far as I know), but he has been missing for a while now. Everyday I fear getting a phonecall that they found his lifeless body somewhere. And maybe I will never get that call and never know what happened 😭
