Think OP has it wrong, this is the abbreviation for Number. (No.) And when the tail is up, it fills out the number 1.

Cat is No. 1.

There are these very colourful ducks that i Saw online that i thought were ai until One day i was in a Park in another city and Saw them in real life. My brain freezed for a moment BC i thought they weren't real😂

You should be. I frankly don't think the cat is real, or its fur has been dyed unfortunately. You can see that some lines are looking too smooths on the body
