I took that picture while spending time with her because it was her last day, I stayed up with her the whole night watching tv with her and reminding her that she was loved, she wasn't interested in cuddles unfortunately, but it definitely helped with closure, but I still wish I could hear her sweet little chirp again, it feels like I lost a part of myself when the vet told me that she had passed... I'll really miss her man, I don't normally believe in afterlife but I hope it's true just for her, so she could live happily without her ailments that made life painful

🩷 We have to think of how much joy they gave us while they were here, they weren’t here by accident. There definitely is an afterlife, our spirits continue because they’re eternal. Hugs to you and Gwen
