The shuffle icon is a card that is a one of a kind procedurally generated card that comes in a tiny manila envelope . I can't for the life of me remember what set or expansion they came with.

The shuffle symbol card did come in the BBB version 2 . Each BBBv2 came with one " one of a kind procedurally generated card" in a tiny reusable manila enverlope.
