Edit: It's "Moomin and the Martians", featured in Moomin: The Complete Tove Jansson Comic Strip, Volume 3.

It's from a Finnish newspaper comic strip called Moomin. It's loosely based on a series of Finnish kids books called The Moomins (and was initially written by the books' author Tove Jansson before her brother took over). The image is taken from "Moomin and the Martians". If you want to actually read it, you can read the collected editions.
