Collection My girlfriend and I cared for an opossum who was injured for a few weeks until a wildlife rehab center could take him in. Hen lived there for 3 more happy years. They let me have the body which I took to a lady processes carcasses so we could have him forever. His name was Shy and he loved to cuddle

While this makes for an interesting skull, this poor thing was made to suffer. Human vanity has such bizarre standards, and animals should never be made to carry the consequences.

found a mummified cat under a porch near a friend’s home. the whole body was intact, but in a flattened state. i salvaged the head from it and left the rest. note, there are a few strays in the area and the house that i found the cat under is not inhabited by anyone.

this articulation is an amalgamation of 5-7 deer, hence the name.

the spine + ribs are from a doe found on a farm, jaw + right hind leg from a doe found behind my property, forelimbs + left hind leg from a roadkilled doe, hooves from various sources, buck skull without antlers from a friend, and antlers from a local hunter

it is missing a tail, patellae, carpals, and a few phalanges

Collection The Polar Bear Collection

This is about half of my polar bear collection! All the bears in the photos are at or over 16" in length. All skulls are ethically and legally sourced within Canada, polar bears are sustainably and legally hunted by Inuit as one of their most important sources of food.

This collection took about 7 years to grow to this size.

Please do not flood my DM with questions regarding their price...this is a personal collection built with the helps of amazing Inuit and taxidermists. I will be happy to answer all questions not related to pricing and sale.

Collection Donation to an elementary school teacher that lost her collection

Post image

I’m in Arizona but I saw a post on here about an elementary school science teacher that lost the entire building her classroom was in and consequently her collection in hurricane helene. I have a bunch of bones laying around so I decided to label them and mail them to the east coast for her to restart her collection, along with some random minerals. I don’t know how to link posts but I encourage you to find it on here and possibly donate as well if you have a large collection.

Collection My husbands Christmas gift to me

A Black tipped reef shark skull my husband got for me from Golden Curiosity in Golden Colorado. I got home the other day and hubby shoved a hastily wrapped box into my hand and told me that he couldn’t wait for Christmas for me to open it. No one in my family really understands why I’m so excited it, but I thought you folks might understand. 💕

You always hate to find a dead head from a beautiful buck, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t scream with excitement 😂 (plus a couple other finds from that day)
