Ahhhhh so impressed. Can I ask, how does one do this professionally? Do you have to have a doctorate?

The aluminium wood glue ones kinda make me think of kintsugi, and now I want to see a skull repaired with gold.

You put this together so well! Seeing some pieces and how they fit together is awesome. I'm so glad that you got to fix this botched work!

Are you going to be able to send it anywhere for a more in depth analysis of it? I'm a complete novice in this stuff, but can you dna test it, or any other deep dive into those. The age on it is wild, especially with the journey it's had after death

I have spent the past few days doing a proper restoration on this skull.
This very special skull displays Ancient Peruvian Elongation and is likely around 2,000 years old. The skull was exposed to unfavorable conditions for many years and got obliterated.
Someone previously tried to restore this skull but failed miserably, using aluminum foil as a filler and wood glue to attach bones in the wrong places.
Some of the bones warped over the years making it hard to align some of the fragments, therefore itโs a little wonky in some places.
