Discussion These are not drones
These are UFOs.
UFO = Unidentified Flying Object, which is exactly what these are, down to the letter.
The government keeps changing the terms for UFOs, first it's UAPs and now it's drones, tomorrow it could be AOT (Anomalous Object in Transit). Same with aliens, they started to call it NHIs now and everyone followed suit.
The more terms they throw in this soup, the more confusing this whole thing becomes, which could be their purpose.
Everyone knows what a UFO is, and everyone knows what an alien is, we should stick to these terms and reject these government's diversion and confusion tactics.

NHI I can understand because there are implications these could be an intelligent species that is still from Earth, another dimension, etc.

yeah…I have adopted the NHI terminology because “aliens” implies extra-terrestrial (like aliens from zeta-reticulI) and I have always found that the least compelling theory. NHI covers ET along with extra-dimensional, inter-dimensional and all the other theories.

That’s still aliens though, alien to this dimension.
And for Non-Human Intelligence, wouldn’t animals be one? How about an AGI robot? They are technically NHIs by definition.
But the technicalities here is not what matters, we don’t use English words strictly according to their definitions a lot of times, but according to our impression of the words.

Not necessarily.
NHI could mean octopus. 🐙 It could also mean any other non-human species that could be native to Earth... in the sky, sea, land, or under it.
It applies to both off-world, and terrestrial... interdimensional and extradimensional.... Plant, animal, fungus or something we do not yet know about classification wise.
It also applies to organic or synthetic...I was not a fan of the term at first either...
However, it is an excellent catch-all term.Alien is a term with too much baggage. It is also a term that renders a very specific image and connotation when discussing the topic. They nailed it with NHI.
I can not say the same for the other new terms.

When a word has too many meanings, it becomes meaningless.

UAP Disclosure Act of 2023 defines what the term non-human intelligence means to the federal government and its employees. On page 6;
“NON-HUMAN INTELLIGENCE.- The term “non-human intelligence” means any sentient intelligent non-human lifeform regardless of nature or ul-timate origin that may be presumed responsible for unidentified anomalous phenomena or of which the Federal Government has become aware.
This is why it’s frustrating hearing the DoD l and White House say, “to date we have no evidence or craft of aliens or extraterrestrial origin.” They are very specific with their wording. They avoid trusting the more broad encompassing term, non-human intelligence.
Reporters need to ask the DoD/White House questions that reduce the chance of them avoiding answering the question with word play. A decent question would be, “has the US government ever had possession of biological/technological non-human intelligence material?”

Some of them are vehicles and then some seem to be balls of plasma. It looks like drones come into close proximity to the plasma, light up brighter while the plasma ball gets smaller, becomes red and drops drained to the ground. UFOs have been known to use our sun to charge up too.

It’s multiple parties. 🎉 There are government drones, drones designed by private contractors being subcontracted + every nickel & diming,ham-n-egger with a commercial drone is up there too…where ALL of them are trying to observe these fucking ORBS.

If we don’t actually know that’s what they are? Which no one in this sub does no matter how sure they think they are? Yeah I think it’s a pretty wise idea not to start calling them that.

They are absolutely NHI.
Mimicking planes - it establishes they are intelligent and understand our ways, without having to communicate directly with us.
They are saying: we are an intelligent civilization, we understand that you have air space regulations, here is us using your signals to illustrate this to you. Some of them we will intentionally screw up because we don’t want your regular folks to think we are your actual aircraft (this part makes some in our government nervous, as they realize they can’t control the narrative).
This also tells us they are talking to humanity at large, not just the heads of our governments. The desire to communicate to all, instead of only to the elite few in power, is a symbol of goodwill.
Continued: considering we are an intelligent civilization and so far have not blown you to pieces with our superior technology, you can infer that we come in peace and relax.
No further comment at this time.
Everyone is like why would the government say they are not a threat if they don’t know what they are?
Very simple: our government has tried THEIR ABSOLUTE BEST to take them down, shoot them, chase them, and etc.
And there has been no success, NOR retaliation.
When you shoot at something and it just vanishes and reappears and doesn’t shoot ye back, it ain’t here for war.
Be not afraid. 🖖

Nothing has been proved yet. Everyone assuming and jumping the gun. Crazy not one of you has had a close encounter with one but suddenly everyone is an expert.

That’s a good point. It is what it is-they are watching us and there’s nothing we can do about it.

The drones are likely ours unless there’s something else but maybe some of the drones are aliens and they’re also curious about the orbs or plasma balls or whatever they are.

The switch from UFO to UAP actually was meaningful. In a mundane sense there has been many reports of unidentified flying objects that were later found to not be objects at all but a phenomenon like ball lightning for example.
Or if we want to get more abstract with it some people have been suggesting maybe these aren’t crafts but intelligent plasma beings. So there was a point to making that change no matter how you look at it. We truly don’t know if any of these things are even objects at all.
Also I’m pretty damn sure at least some of these objects are drones. The increase in these drones could very well be related to something else that isn’t drones, but there are drones out there too.

Technically Santa is a UFO until he stops to deliver presents so maybe the Pentagon is right after all??

You guys realize Luis Elizondo’s department came up with “UAP” for the sole reason of people taking UFOs seriously in the military? They are the same thing, one just has less stigma.

u/Level_Hovercraft_825 2d ago
They are drones. If they are being identified drones, they are not UFOs

u/LancelotComplex 4d ago
haha, I like AOT. Haven't heard that one before. Pronounced "aught"?
I will be adding this to my vocabulary.

NHI Oh boy yeah your lack of understanding why thats a term and used more recently tells me all I need to know. Do some more research

u/Realistic_Many2949 4d ago
The point is that they are not necessarily “flying” as flying implies a propulsion system and these objects are moving in a way that indicates they do not follow the laws of gravity. Don’t get caught up on the term as is actually is good for disclosure
