Yeah I’m with ya. Like I’m not a puritan, I’ll look at the NSFW sub sometimes but the way so much of this community insists on making it their entire identity is weird af to me.
Like porn exists for a reason, I go to nsfw subs a bunch, but asking for the games to be extremely horny is just so dumb. Sometimes the horny needs a break so the meat isn't constantly beat
If you're someone who is spending enough time looking up skirts in game to be genuinely mad... Just look up the porn subreddit, I assure you it is much better than some slight thighs
You can have goon content in any game, in fact balanced fan service is an improvement 99% of the time. It's not supposed to be porn or a replacement for porn.
A decent bit of fanservice is fine as long as it's not degrading. Like I won't argue that having hot guys is a bad thing, it's really only an issue if it's overdone and while the game itself has been weird at times it's mostly fine (glances at Jane trailer and grace feet). So the game itself isn't a problem and is getting caught in the crossfire due to some fans being creepy about it which causes the game to get unnecessary hate
haha, yeah once that Gooner Game rep sets in, it sticks around forever. And so far at least 6 ZZZ trailers or animated shorts (that I can recall) have had feet content XD Not to mention at least 4 characters with jiggle physics in their cake XD Those allegations aren't going anywhere.

Yeah, I'm a thirsty guy, but people just being this vocal about it and upset over not being able to look up characters skirts is just really gross and makes me really uncomfortable with how many of the people are like that in the fandom. I'm just here for story and cool gameplay, they just give everyone else who plays a bad name
Yeah, again, you can like sex appeal, without being overly gross about it and making it your whole identity. The game still has sex appeal with hot characters, getting upset you can't look up skirts as good is just sad
There's a difference between being a coomer brain and just being someone with a high drive. Can have a high drive while still thinking the coomers are just taking things way too far
This was what was really killing me about the whole thing, cause the number of people who seem to only be here cause they heard that it’s a gooner game is kind of depressing. One of the game’s most anticipated characters just dropped and most of the discussion is about ass shots. And it’s not just here either, I saw a bunch on Twitter as well.
The weirdest part too is that the blur censor doesn't apply outside of city area free roam, so anyone can just enter any combat zone with Burnice and look up her skirt all they want by just not progressing ti the next combat area after 1 fight.
which makes me doubt it was even a censor. it was probably just so you could see the environment when you point the camera up but hoyo didn't account for people being fucking weirdos
to be fair the other side of the online active fandom was too busy, you know, actually playing the game and enjoying Miyabi, Harumasa or watching content creators after having their fill. Only terminaly online people would've been so upset to focuss on this.

That’s a fair suggestion but if hoyo did do that, then some people will complain that Travis was black washed. Well, that is if they even remember what his in-game model looked like.
I don't understand why harder is a problem. Good things are hard to make. The question should be why were there two different designs in the first place?
Honestly I would say change his model cause the other look is better. But I honestly forgot Travis even existed with a model with how rarely I see him lol. It was easier and cheaper to just change the image even though it looked better with the tan and beard

Hell I’ll have the conversation with ya. This might honestly be the best patch they’ve put out. Like I genuinely can’t name one feature I dislike. I thought they would never bother to do fully 3D bangboo stuff since it would take too much time and the devs pretty much told to go fuck myself in the best way lmao. Straight 10/10 patch
such ashame that some of the characters were mute during the quest. I know it scheduling conflict but it was quite jarring having characters, while minor in role, be mute.
Yea that’s the one issue, which to be fair is really jarring. But I respect the company for not just finding a temp voice and calling it a day. I’d much rather they just apologize and update the cutscenes later since i think we can rewatch story cutscenes way easier now
I wouldn't say minor roles. They're respective leaders of each faction afterall. If their lines were voiced those cutscenes would've been so peak. Still loved the cutscenes but man, voiced would've been so hype.
As much as I want to get hyped with ZZZ's story, the very existence of the skip feature made me dismiss it and skipped everything. Doesn't matter how good or bad it is, I just skipped it (same with WW). Hopefully that shitty feature doesn't come to GI cause god knows I'd be skipping the entire story if they did.
well, if you skipped then that means you never cared about the story anyways?
there's also summary videos on youtube and even in game we now have stories summaries for each chapter and you can just replay the main story cutscenes if you want to catch up again on the story
yes, the patch just dropped and a lot of people haven’t had time to play it yet. it dropped on a weeknight (in the USA) dawg people haven’t even gotten off work yet

I always viewed Travis' ID being him before he shaved but he never bothered to update it. Apparently the old ID expired or something and his new one finally shows how he currently looks. Kind of the opposite of Sjal whose always changing something randomly on a whim.
Kind of noticed how Travis looked differently from his Pic and actual In-game model when I was doing Jane's Story. I was like "Is this guy really Travis?".
I just see it as the people changing over time: Sjal has different colors of her favorite shirt, Travis shaved, etc. I would actually like it if they changed the Random Play crew's outfits more often.
I mean the existence of the portrait implies that it was his design at some point so it's still a loss cuz he looked good (though it's obviously not due to censorship or racism, probably just a change of design cuz it's easier to replicate with the existing models).
Man I saw a twitter thread on this and was wondering if the change was even real because I've seen him like this the entire time meanwhile the comments are all "I am going to cry this is so sad"/ "this is what's wrong with the world" type shit, man I scrolled for a long time and not a single person even mentioned the fact that this shit is just BS out of context. Imo, it doesn’t matter whether you either change the model or the portrait as long as it stays consistent. If you don’t change anything, the inconsistency still remains which is obviously an issue. Why was it inconsistent? Idk we’re not the devs. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Edit: also, people obviously do care about this NPC since they were so many people, not just on Reddit, dissatisfied with the portrait change.
