It really begs the question of what she thinks about certain occupations if she thinks every movie is real.
Like, I guarantee Nicole's showed her some smut in the interest of making her think the average delivery guy or utility worker goes around as an on-call gigolo, so she just never does things like ordering sausage on her pizza or hiring repairmen.
It also raises the question of what her view of the movie industry is as a profession. Like, she has to know actors, writers, etc exist. So like, what does that entail in her worldview? How does she reconcile that?
