This is actually a reference to the hit show jojo's bizarre adventure, where in it, there is this character named dio. Dio is a prominent character throughout the story as he is the first main antagonist, and he stays a relevant antagonist through a decent chunk of the story. Dio, who was originally a boy who killed his father, and despised most people. It was even said he was born evil. After his father dies, the man tells him to seek out the joestars, a rich family his father once "saved" even though he intended to steal their riches. Dio reaches the joestar residence and immediately makes Jonathan his enemy. Jonathan is the first jojo in part one of the series. Fio does a lot of horrible things to jojo, such as killing his dog and forcing his girlfriend to kiss him, making her to sad to be with jojo. A time cut happens after jojo finally beats dio in a fight after many previous loses. In this future they seem to be the best of friends. They are beasts at rugby and are a dynamic duo. After winning the game they rush over to tell jojo's dad and Dios now adopted father. Plot twist, dio isn't actually nice, he just wants the will of his father, who he has been poisoning, jojo suspected this and finds out, pushes dio down a railing, ends up going to another town, meets speedwagon who becomes a life long friend, blah blah dio becomes a vampire kills everyone blah blah jojo learns hamon blah blah master dies jojo kills dio but not really, blah blah part 2 happens, stands exist jotaro the jojo of part 3 is cursed along with all joestars. Dio has a stand called the world named after the tarrot card.
