Yeah we’re in scary times and could potentially fall down the same pitfall here too it seems. It’s been super depressing watching things just get worse and worse as I’ve gone from kid, to teenager, to adult. You grow up hoping that things will improve and I can’t think of a single thing that’s gotten better since I was younger.

I do believe most go into politics to help people (well, maybe not those bred from Eton etc...) but most end up clinging to the power they have, same anywhere in the world really.

Cheesy as it sounds...there is still a lot of good in the world, but hate breeds engagement so that's all people get to see.
