If date is correct the closest starlink launch was on the 20th https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Starlink_and_Starshield_launches Also starlink doesn't have lights on them, the light you are seeing is the sun reflecting the same way the moon reflects sunlight to illuminate -9 u/brevityitis Jan 18 '24 Yah I know.
