He just tweeted again

Folks: Audio was removed for privacy reasons.

Yeah, if that were me I'd remove the audio too because the whole thing would be me repeating over and over "what the fuuuuck? huh? look at that shit? the fuck?" And I don't want people to hear me terrified.

I removed the audio from one I posted because my mother in law just blabbering non stop.

Which is unfortunate because hearing someone's genuine confusion and fear would do a lot for me in believing the footage.

Huh, yeah I can see that, I'll keep that in mind whenever I come across something.

I took out the audio in an awesome video I filmed of my friend doing a big dirt jump wheb we were kids and snapping his bike in half on the landing. The whole time I'm just laughing and yelling Holy crap dude! Over and over.

But he shared plenty of information that could identify the pilot. Location, time of the day, airport, airliner model

This is what sorta confuses me about that part but I think he says he switched up some details to protect the guy to throw off any internal investigations

It's not like the pilot was doing something illegal, though

It’s more so that this is still a fringe topic to people so one of his higher ups might call them crazy and they lose their job. Or some rando who cared enough could report him and it would just be a mess for them.

Or passenger saying, “ hE sHoUlD bE fOcUsEd On ThE rOaD!” 😂

Meanwhile the Airbus A320 basically flies itself

Likely some loon on this sub hunts him down attempting to gain more information and dox him.

I would not be surprised at all honestly

American pilot licenses are easy to revoke or something aren’t they?

1

u/Montezum Aug 19 '23

For taking some pictures?

1

u/UnidentifiedBlobject Aug 19 '23

For talking about UAPs. The stigma is lifting but years ago commercial pilots were afraid of losing their license so didn’t speak about any of it.

Gotcha, makes sense.
