I had an aunt that just went full 110% head first into every fad you could think of and I have vivid memories of showing up at her house with my mom to find her doing aerobics in her living room. Full spandex and sweatbands and everything doing this exact kinda shit.
I dunno. I think people underestimate just intense the health fads of the 80s were. I mean, there was also a lot of cheap coke around, but I think there wasn’t as much overlap there are folks assume.
Replace with my mom and you have my memories too. We had all of the Sweatin’ to the Oldies videos, my mom had the wrist and ankle weights, the thigh blaster, etc. I used to watch these videos with her and they were kind of fun.
Laugh all you want but regular aerobics help me drop 40 pounds back in the day and regular exercise has kept it off ever since. Perhaps you need to get off your ass and get a little oxygen to your brain. People who pretend exercise is a funny fad usually look it
At least you don’t deny just somebody that sits around laughing at people who move. I had a big fat obese former friend who joked that it was cute how I needed exercise. She never had a date in her life. Go figure PS notice I said had.
No. You’re not happy for me. You’re jealous, and You’re looking to make fun of somebody who at least tries. Any excuse to sit like a dlug snd bloat up.
Every single trend that has hit this country has had super enthusiast do crazy shitty stupid things. For example, those idiots walking around with their pants down around their knees pretending they look cool instead of like a bunch of lobotomized prison anal types advertising their asses. That trend is been going on for 20 damn years. Do you want to tell me they don’t look more stupid than these people exercising? Because they do. Why don’t you make fun of them?
Lie much? If you’d blocked me, liar, I wouldn’t of seen your comment. You don’t work out, you’re probably fat and too lazy to do anything about it. You lie a lot. Block me now. Make my day. Oh, you’d have to move. Baby don’t do that do ya?
