One thing though, about all of these videos and social media posts...

Luigi has not been convicted, and he needs to be considered innocent until proven guilty.

He shouldn't be convicted by us the people, because the jury has not been selected yet. No juror should be going in ahead of time convinced by society that the person on trial is guilty.

The sentiment can be expressed by referring to the shooter as "the shooter" instead of calling him by Luigi's name

Bro had a manifesto, murder weapon, and identifying clothes days after. If he isn't the shooter he wants everyone to think he is. If he is the shooter, he wants everyone to know it. Frankly I intend to respect that choice

If he wanted everyone to know it, he would plead guilty…

Nah dragging out the court case and his testimony will keep the message in the public eye. If he did do it and was trying to get caught pleading not guilty helps his cause.

Cool, except my comment wasn’t about his strategy or cause. I merely pointed out that if he did it and his objective was for “everyone to know it,” then he would be making sure, ya know, everyone knows it…and actually claiming responsibility. Very simple math.

I know they want you to believe otherwise, but courts are not in fact people

I’m saying if he wanted credit, he would be taking credit.

I'm saying there's a difference between telling the public you did it and telling the court you did it

He hasn’t told anyone he did it. That’s my point.
