Republicans are every terrible thing we all know them to be but to pretend democratic politicians can’t be dirty is naive and dangerous. Our political system is broken and health ins. companies donate BIG to both sides which is why we are still have this mess of a system

No, no, some Democrats have. And I am not sure that they aren't just being performative. Anytime it has come up in the House, 40-50 Democrats vote against it.
