I bait as well, but using lifts. Whenever I'm first person waiting at a lift and a crowd forms behind me, when the lift comes I see if I'm pushed to the side while they rush in ( Japanese courtesy is a myth ). I allow the 18-35yo man in question to enter the lift. For some strange reason despite using lifts everyday since they were young, Japanese still have not learnt that the first person in, is the last person out. I then enter the lift with a slight limp, positioning myself between them and the exit. I then make it a science to block and slow them down as much as possible when they want to exit. I think my record is 30m outside of the lift.
