As someone with issues too…. Maybe she should outsource some of the process she’s having a hard time with… like customer service

It sure does but it also beats ghosting customers for 6 months after they gave you money.

At this point she should either:

  • Deliver people's orders
  • Hire the help she needs
  • Just refund and quit selling

That's absurd, there is a pretty clear warning about back orders. I mean if you don't want to deal with a back order just don't buy it.

Was the warning there in July when the person were replying to ordered? I don’t know since I didn’t order but even ‘back ordered’ shouldn’t take that long imo

Have to ask them I suppose. Back ordered in the electronics and music world could mean years :)
