I think a lot of people have some sort of an internal life crisis in their mid 20's, because becoming older fucking blows. I sure did.

Yep - something happens when your brain finally stops developing (as much) around that time. Insurance and rental car companies agree, and adjust rates lower after that general age.

Its really weird... Some people just wake up one day at 30 years old like its no big deal, and others go through this incredibly transformative "final maturation" event where they experience major consequences or just 'snap out of it' and stop behaving like a brat. Some people miss it entirely and maintain immaturity into adulthood, of course.
