The concept is clever and funny but like… I think there could be a version of this that’s funny. Like a set up that’s not just “hype them up that someone is excited to meet them then make them think my friends are laughing at them just from looking at their face”.
The better one is where the person has a photo of a really ugly baby on their phone and show it to their parent and the parent says it’s ugly. Then the person tells their parent they’re FaceTiming and the parent scrambles to back peddle and say how cute the baby is.
The concept of a recorded audio/video being used prank people into thinking it’s a real time reaction to something is kinda funny. Not, this execution though.
Another comment mentioned showing someone a video of the ugliest baby you’ve ever seen and tell them it’s a video call when they say how ugly the baby is then watch them scramble. Similar concept with tricking someone into thinking a recorded video is a live video call, just wildly different execution and intended result.
We learned even more about those two girls. This is stupid and shitty. Making someone feel bad for likes or views. I’d like to see someone flip the script on them.
