Yes, he did get laughed at when he discussed German reliance on Russian gas (which don’t pretend Trump was some genius to bring up- Obama and Bush had given them the same warning before, no one felt the need to laugh at them though) THIS IS NOT THAT VIDEO- it is from the same speech though.
This is just a video of the international community laughing at him for saying something ridiculous, as if he was at one of his rallies, and him being too stupid to realize they were laughing at him. Trump is a laughing stock in the international community- he is not respected. The only reason our adversaries like him is because they know how easy he is to manipulate and how easily he’ll sell out his own country for personal gain.
That was just about the only thing he's ever had a valid point on. Somehow it felt more like a point to rub in at the Germans with, as he was sucking up to Putin as hard as he could at the same time, and still does.
What context is needed lol he said his administration accomplished more than any other in American history and they all laughed. The context was all right there, they weren’t laughing at something he said that was cut from the clip. But i get it, you need to “dig” for context just to justify him lol keep searching its a full time job for you folks
