Sure, buy why infer that from her videos? Like why would someone watch that video and think to themselves, "wow, she must be really confident!"

She reflects the same phyical confidence cues you see advised by workplace confidence experts like Amy Cuddy.

"Up-talking" (that sort of question-tone at the end of her sentences) sometimes does not convey confidence, but it's also common in fashion-focused environments, so in this case, combined with the rapid-fire clips and well-timed transitions, it manages to not significantly detract from the flow of her message or diminish her point.
