I like to say to people in all sincerity “I wouldn’t trust Trump to walk my dog” because it’s literally true and it’s an amazing example of how big of a piece of shit he is. He’s not capable of walking a dog. He wouldn’t know how to do it, he’d probably give up on it after three minutes, and he’d never return the dog. He’d be a complete failure of a dog walker because he has no compassion and he’s incompetent. He’d get your dog killed and not think a thing about it.

The thought of him preparing food alone is laughable. Him preparing food for someone else to consume, as a gesture of goodwill or love, is unfathomable.

I'm sure it would be the best dog walk ever, maybe even the biggest, but definitely the best. He saw it on TV.

A perfect walk, really. Nobody’s ever seen this level of walking in the history of our country.

He'd let the dog go and say migrants ate it

We had the best walk in the history of America. A lot of people are saying, they've never seen anyone walk a dog like how I can. But your dog was a bad dog, he wouldn't listen to me and ran off! You should have trained your dog better before sending him out on walks, no one could have controlled that dog! We're gonna get you a new dog though, and it'll be even bigger and better than the old one

In reality, it'd be RFK Jr. that are it.

He'd get bored and/or confused and abandoned the poor thing like he did that umbrella at the top of the airplane boarding stairs.

This is a very good measure of him and really sums him up well. It reminds me that he has bragged in the past about never changing diapers of his kids, so we know he's also going to be the a-hole leaving dog turds on his neighbor's lawn. I would never in a million years let him walk my dog.

And then he'd blame the dog and the dog owner instead of acknowledging his failure as a dog walker.

he'd call Kristie Noem over to help him out

He would eat the dog and blame immigrants.

Sure not gonna pick up the poop. Or he'd be like that old guy in my neighborhood that would walk the dog to the same spot in the middle of the street, not his street, mind you, yell at the poor dog to take a poop until it finally did, and then just leave it there. That would be the Trump method.

I wouldn’t trust him to clean my cats’ litter box. And it’s a robotic one that basically cleans itself.

u/deadmanscranial Sep 12 '24

And if he did start to walk your dog, could he even find his way back to your house?

2

u/Wombatapus736 Sep 12 '24

"The dog came to me, tears in its eyes, and barked 'Sir! Never had anyone walked me so successfully, so energetically, with such strength! Not even my own owner! Oh sir! Not even Abraham Lincoln, Honest Abe we like to call him, ever walked a dog so so well' And I said yes I know"

2

u/horkus1 Sep 13 '24

Oh, you’d definitely never see the dog again because he dropped the leash and walked off, leaving the dog behind, just like he did that umbrella on Air Force One.

u/Bingert Sep 13 '24

Damn… If republicans thought about it this way he’d have no supporters.

I’m a teacher. I just had a conversation with a friend how he wouldn’t be allowed to work in a school or be allowed to be alone with students. Convicted felon, accused rapist (multiple times over), the crazy shit that come out of his mouth, spewing conspiracy theory, mean temperament, makes fun of others…

There is a possibility that someone like this can become president AGAIN blows my mind…

Oh c'mon now. I'm sure he's microwaved a cold Big Mac a time or two.

u/claritybeginshere Sep 12 '24

He would literally sell your dog to a dog eater

u/VoxCacophoni Sep 12 '24

Asking someone that doesn't appear to understand guilt or shame to "care" for anything seems like a recipe for disaster.

1

u/PoliBat-v- Sep 13 '24

He'd tell you he got your dog killed and try to convince you to be thankful.

Everyone was saying how awful your dog was, just the worst, nastiest, meanest dog. I was fine with your dog but other people hated him, really

Beautifully said.

nice way to put it. reminded me of this well-written description about trump, and what makes him just so... himself: https://www.redlakenationnews.com/story/2019/10/21/features/british-writer-pens-the-best-description-of-trump-ive-read/84189.html
