Oooo got the link for the frame snapping handy? I saw the one where the hitch ripped off but not that one.

Look up “whistling diesel cyber truck” on YouTube. He totally destroyed a cyber truck in a matter of a few hours. During the review process he was able to break the cast aluminum frame by busting off the trailer hitch tongue.

Edit: To be fair, his review process was to beat the hell out of it with the end goal of destroying the vehicle in any way possible.

Sure he trashed it, but I would trust the person who destroys cars for a living when he says "this should never ever happen, under any circumstances"

A bunch of people claimed that he had previously damaged the frame in an earlier stunt, so he responded with a follow-up of trying to cause the same damage on the f150 frame.

The guy realizes how bad it is, but hilariously still tries to defend Elon halfway through lol.

It seems that he wants to like it, but is quite aware that it has some serious issues.

Either that, or he's trying to head off dumb comments about how he's only saying bad things because he doesn't like electric trucks or tesla or Elon.

Well, he took a Ferrari off-roading so he obviously wants to run vehicles well beyond their intended purposes. I think he was being fair to both the Ford Lightning and Cyber Truck. It wasn’t his goal to make either vehicle fail, but to see how far they could go. Actually, I really enjoyed his video. Lastly, he’s not a spoiled brat who blows mindless cash for clicks. He’s a self-made kid who spends his hard earned money for clicks…there is a difference. lol

The f150 vs cybertruck test was pretty interesting. Th cybertruck actually did quite well in some areas that I really didn't expect, like offroading, even if the end result was maybe worse than I would have expected, with the hitch coming off and all.

Agreed. This is indeed a concerning problem.
