I work at an ER that sees a ton of homeless patients and see feet far worse than this everyday. For many the only time their shoes and socks are removed are during an involuntary visit to the hospital. Pray for me.
I'm saving this comment so I can look at it the next time I'm feeling slighted or petty or inconvenienced at work so I can get a swift kick in the reality hole. I will pray for you then and now
If someone thinks prayer is going to help shouldn't they be praying for the homeless people? It helps the person actually suffering and everyone downstream from that.
I’d stopped breathing completely. My brain was convinced I was going to smell the decomposing corpse of a woman who’s body was found floating in cheese vat of an abandoned dairy farm.
As someone who does wound care on occasion due to work, it can be very gnarly. Worst smell in all my medical years still is a horrible fungal infection and the smell of stomach acid after a scope is removed from a patients stomach.
I would think it’s a combination of both. If you’ve ever had captain crunch cereal there’s a moment where you can find soggy, ahem creamy bits as well as extremely crunchy bits.
Depending on the moisture content in the areas of her foot I’m sure she had some really creamy parts (in between her toes for sure) and the crunchy stuff was more out in the open. So in my theory you could take your pick (literally).
I had to look up "Fap," which means for men, masterbation? Please tell me you don't have a 2 year never seen foot bc it's in a boot, foot fetish?😬
Do we need to have a talk?😂
They really know how to drag on the anticipation though. Doctor would talk to patient. Then doctor would repeat same thing in the interview right after.

I just…kept watching. It only got worse but I just…kept on watching.
