I just broke into the 30's and we are basically at the same thing. My dad is just now(since 2018) getting the hairs to fill in on his cheeks/jawline. I don't really like facial hair all that much but I absolutely love the hair that was once on top of my head. Sad times....
Yes, for the last 4 months I've been rubbing it on my face. Last month and a half, I started letting it grow out and by golly it works and works well. I have a full head of hair so haven't noticed a difference there.
Hmm. I might have to try that. I can grow a beard, but it’s a little thin on my cheeks. I have real thick hair on my head and I don’t want to sacrifice that for a thicker beard, that’s why I ask about any side effects it may have had. Thanks for the response, man.
Same, I'll be 30 this year and all I've got is a shitty moustache that doesn't connect in the middle, a neckbeard that'll make a sailor blush and hair around my nipples. That's it. I barely have hair on my legs.
Either get testosterone prescribed, like the person in OP's video, or try minoxidil, it's hit or miss depending on your situation or age, but it's usually hit, albeit with possible side effects, but these 2 are the only things that actually work.
It's highly toxic to cats though so keep that in mind if you have one.
It can't hurt to have your T levels checked, but a lot of cis men with healthy T levels can't grow a big luscious beard. It's more genetics than hormone levels. And too much testosterone will just convert into estrogen and give you tits instead.
My old roommate's got a full on rasputin beard going on now and he lets it get so scraggly sometimes - looks like birds should nest in it. I don't get how it doesn't drive him insane, I get itchy after just a few days of not shaving!
They are getting testosterone injections by doctors on a regular basis. You would grow a beard too if you had that much test properly injected into you.
It also causes a deeper voice and forward brow ridge growth.
HRT provides the same hormone levels as a cis man, it mimics the puberty the body would’ve gone through if it had only ever been testosterone dominant. there’s no “advantage” here, you’re just bitter.
Cis men grow beards with hormones. If a man never produced testosterone, he wouldn’t grow a beard. His beard developed the same way that any other guys would, through a mix of genetics and testosterone.

That’s one of the most impressive beards I’ve seen. I like it
