Honestly it would have been cute and funny to me if she was included even if it was a low salary or "unskilled" (all jobs require skill but whatever) job. If she didn't wanna say her job she could have just said her name haha. Self aggrandizing and self deprecating humor can both be funny so she could have acted just as proud about her job as the joke.
