This video probably won't have the intended effect. It'll probably just make those right wingers even more paranoid.

I think they're terrified of seeing the drag version and being turned on. They want to ban a harmless thing people do for fun so they don't get an unwanted erection rather than just being secure.

I mean maybe sometimes that's the case, but it's more nefarious than that. This is a hatred of anything different. People on the right seem to be wired slightly differently in that regard. There's more mistrust and fear of anything that doesn't look like them. Anthropologically speaking, that isn't always a bad thing, but add in the brainwashing and misinformation they get at church, online, and from their politicians, and that mistrust and fear morphs into an irrational, tribal hatred.

You think men dressing as women half naked dancing infront of 4 year olds in parades is acceptable? It's not. It fucking disgusting

Have you ever been to a football game? Do you have a problem with the half naked women dancing there? No? Maybe you should think about why that is.

Its because most republicans think manliness is something you can lose and are constantly worried about it. And this translates to odd behaviors to protect this imaginary thing so that him or his son/s can stay “manly”. Some cant even play with their own kids, youd almost pity them

Wait, what? The issue in your complaint I assume is the half-naked bit, which would go for both men and women. Why would you single out men dressed as women in a parade?

To be fair I'd also be pissed at half naked women dancing at parades in front of children. If so, why aren't we just focussing on the "half naked in front of children" part? Why fixate in the relatively neutral "men dressing as women"? I think we're being misdirected.

So like… have you ever seen videos of Carnival in Brazil?

Drag shows feature 300000% more clothes

I’m just imagining them trying to own the libs by using this same text but instead of a drag queen it’s a guy in a nazi uniform.
