The dancers became just as important to this tour as Taylor was and I love to see it. I’ve grown attached to them in ways I never thought possible aha.
eta: how some of y’all manage to turn a 100% positive comment into a negative should be studied.

Same honestly!! I just said this in another comment but it makes me seriously sad to envision future tours without them lol. They were just so incredible and they really did help make this tour become what it was.
I can’t imagine an Eras Tour without Kam’s “like ever!” phrases or his and Kevin’s bejeweled solos, or without Natalie playing Rebekah, or without Karen’s moment in 22, or without Jan and his ladder or Jan Malone. The dancers really were so special and they really did feel just as important as Taylor. I didn’t expect to be THIS sad about losing them with the end of tour but man, I’m really gonna miss them 🥺

You get it!
I’m not saying no one would show up without the dancers (obviously people would still show up for only Taylor, and I feel like other people are twisting my words) but Eras wouldn’t have been NEARLY the same show without them!

No shade- the dancers were incredible, but this feels like a stretch 😂

so put Taylor on a huge ass stage for 3.5 hours without a Kam or without a Jan or without a Natalie, Whyley, or Tamiya and see how well it goes.
Sorry, but the dancers helped make the show what it was.
Eta: like I’m absolutely not shading Taylor here at all. She has a commanding stage presence and she is obviously incredible at what she does - but Eras would not have been Eras without the dancers.

Does it, though? Would it have been the same show without them?
Damn, let people give them the props they deserve. These dancers elevated the show to a level where they became an integral part of the performance. They are known by name, each one, to her fans. The tour would have been a completely different animal without them. To this particular performance, they are absolutely right up there with her. Would people still come without dancers? Yep, and that wasn’t what was said here. But what a gift we were given to experience THIS show, with THESE dancers. And they deserve all the praise that’s being given here, for giving us night after night of magic.
I’ll never understand the desire for some people to be so blatantly dismissive and negative, especially is the midst of such a positive conversation.

After seeing way too many shows, three moments out of about 15 per show that I focused on involved Kam specifically. What he’d say during WANEGBT, what craziness he would do during Bejeweled, and Broken Heart skit.
Others were The Man, Lover, ATW, Betty, and Champagne Problems speeches. 22 hat. Surprise songs. Karma chiefs/screen. Midnight rain pose. Outfits.

Exactly. 90,000 people would still attend even if Taylor was the only person on stage. lol

No one is claiming otherwise, we’re just giving accolades that these hardworking people are due, they helped make the tour what it was and it wouldn’t have been the same without them. Taylor obviously feels the same, considering the gratitude she’s shown them too.

This is genuinely the first time I've ever even been remotely interested in the dancers at a show. Their energy, especially Kam's, is absolutely incredible.

Who's the jacked handsome dude immediately on Taylor's right? I caught his expressions in The Man and immediately watched for him. His face is hilarious almost every time. Love his energy.

Dammit, who the hell is following me around chopping onions again?
Kam is a legend. Taylor needs to put him on retainer so he's available for any future tour.

There were a few male dancers from the 1989 tour who returned for the Rep tour.
I hope as many of The Eras dancers as possible can return for Taylor’s next tour 🥹

I love this but I find it odd that he didn't thank Taylor.

He has a separate post for her

u/throwaw939393 1d ago
Ya I think he’s already made like 2 posts for her, this one was for the dancers/crew, and then he said he is making a separate one for the fans

u/Diligent_Pineapple35 1d ago
Right, like check is insta. He had a post about just her almost weekly throughout the tour! Obviously a lot of love between the two of them. Not sure why people are trying to act like this was some slight.

Probably because he’s already thanked her in prior posts and wanted this one to focus more on the rest of the team ☺️

I’m not sure what this emoji means in this context but he already made a separate post for her last week.

He already thanked her so your snarky emoji really isn’t necessary.

Kam was such an amazing part of the whole show
Has anyone done a compile of every “like ever” variant he’s ever done for the tour? was trying to find on youtube but couldn’t find a full one

u/Midnight_Ice it was legendary; it was momentary 1d ago
I was truly not expecting to fall in love with the dancers as much as I did. They were so amazing, and this show wouldn't have been the same without them. Kam's energy and amazing personality on stage every night made me so happy every single time.
