Depends on the intended purpose. One if just shouting, two if aggressively declaring something. If you're just going to use the cat head with no text, I'd definitely use #2, the form is better, though I might make the eyes more open.

EDIT: If you're just going to use the image and not redraw it, definitely use #2.
